|  | | | | Continental X King 26"The 2011 X-King is Continental's super fast all purpose weapon, but with good grip. Although knobbly, the Continental X-King is a quiet and smooth rolling tyre. The super-light X-King easily covers many uses, ranging from cross country and racing to Alpcross. The X-King simply leaves its competitors behind.
The shoulder lugs provide absolute stability in high speed curves.

- X-King Supersonic - Ultralight race version with BlackChili compound.(3 plies total 180tpi)
- X-King RaceSport - Better puncture protection than supersonic, although still light and with BlackChili compound.(3 plies total 180tpi)
- X-King ProTection - Still with BlackChili Compound and has a continuous sidewall protective flag design which is particularly robust and shields against damage.(4 plies total 240tpi)
- Please note that the wire on versions are not black chili and do not have puncture protection or sidewall chequer pattern.
- X King UST versions are not black chili, Continental do not currently produce an X-King MkII UST in a black chili option.
