However, this intermediate tyre better suits its new name 'Der Baron'. The tyre does particularly well on forest ground which can by all means be wet, but also convinces bikers with its arrangement of studs in rocky terrain.
The extra thick, double-layer carcass with Apex effectively prevents punctures. It's Black Chili Compound, which is particularly soft and has good gripping qualities, is extremely tough and its rolling resistance and abrasion are sensationally low.
